Cut your oranges and apples into 1/4" slices. Blot the oranges with a paper towel to absorb as much of the juice as possible, and dip the apple slices in lemon juice to help them retain their color before beginning the drying process. Place the slices on the wire rack of the oven and bake at 275 degrees for one hour. Then finish baking at 225 degrees for 2 hours.Keep the oven door open slightly. Keep an eye on the slices to make sure they are not browning from the heat, if so, turn the heat down, and flip the slices every so often to help them dry evenly.
