A White Stencil On A Gray Wall!~

Hey everyone!  Hope you all had a great Easter weekend.  I finally got out to do a little thrifting!  Found a great big ole mirror that is in need of a paint job, and a bunch of vintage books and encyclopedias!  It was a good weekend.  Now onto the stencil... I found a new stencil I love.  It's a pretty one.  Take a look.

Isn't it a pretty one?  I found it online at Stencil-Decals.com  (Size 24")
The walls are Nimbus Cloud by Valspar  (Eggshell finish) and
the stencil is white (Valspar Ultra base white 222140)

I've also been crushing on green a lot lately.  Maybe because spring is in the air... who knows.  It's fresh looking with the gray walls and white trim.

Tips on applying this stencil.... Use tape to help keep your lines straight.  I measured and taped out straight lines on the wall before I got started.

So there you have it!  What do you think?

  3. Loving it Sammie-
How did you get your walls smooth with no texture? Did you apply a wall paper or just originally with no texture applied? Thanks!
