Living Room Project Nearing Completion!

Lots to post about these days!  Remember the living room project I've been working on?  It's finally almost done.  It's been months of doing this room in stages.  At the start the homeowner was adamant about not changing the wall color or the carpet.... she had that paint color for 18 years, and well... had become VERY attached to it, but she wanted a FRESH new look all at the same time.  So anyway.... here is a reminder of what the room looked like to start.

And now.... several months later... and a little poking, prodding and arm twisting....(her cast comes off next month!)

(She loves it by the way and now hates the old paint color!)

We used lots of bright colored ceramics filled with succulents for accessorizing.  Love them!

I made the large blue piece of art and added a painting she already had above the mantel.  I love the bright pops of color against the grey wall.

There is still more to be done... but not much.  Just one wall.  I'll be posting that soon.
