A Plethora Of Before & Afters

Hello peeps!  I do believe I've mentioned several before and after projects I've had in the works, a few posts back.  So, rather than bore you with a bunch of individual posts on these little redo's, I slapped them all together in just one post.

First up Teal Steel Blue Metallic paint, on a vintage gold chair.

Then there is the Teal Steel Blue metallic paint, blue velvet and nailhead trim bench redo.  I already posted the after picture of this bench in a previous post, but, I found the before picture, so I thought, what the heck, I'll show it to you again! : )

Here is a coffee table painted in the Teal Steel Blue too!  I forgot to take a before picture (or just can't find the before picture ??), whoopsy!  I think this is a sexy color. Don't you?

And remember those little tubes of Rub n' Buff that I love so much?  Here is a Gold Leaf Rub n' Buff redo.  Still loving that stuff! See tips and tricks for applying Rub n' Buff here.

That's it for now.  What do you think?

  1. OMG I LOVE THE CHAIR!!! Every time I see the chairs you do with rub n buff I says to myself---I"M GOING TO HAVE A GOLD CHAIR ONE DAY and then as you see I go and buy other chairs, lol :-p BUT I WILL as "God as my witness", I will never go out with a gold chair again! :-p Also I hate that in the pictures it doesn't portray the metallic teal as well..it's hard to see le sigh but I can FEEL IT and SEE IT in spirit :) :-p

  2. heehee, and pink! ; )
You know what... I don't know why they call that color TEAL steel blue, cuz there is no teal to it, I would call it "True Blue Graphite" or something like that, because it's more of a dark blue/gray. hmmmm
I love it though.... as you can tell. : )
